March 29th- April 13th, 2008
Medical Expedition to the North-East shores of the Caspian Sea
Sign up date - January 1st
Agape is taking a medical team to the unreached people group (Kalmuks) living along the north east shores of the Caspian Sea. The main occupation of these people is cattle breading. The Kalmuks are Mongolian descents and the only European people group which claims Buddhism as their national religion.
During our expedition, Agape will travel to visit this unreached people group and share the Love of God. We will conduct free medical clinics, providing basic dental care, eyeglasses, health kits, diagnostic laboratory tests, ultrasounds, and free medications. The clinics provide a tremendous opportunity to minister to both physical and spiritual needs.
Expedition cost from Moscow $3950

Non-Medical Summer expedition to Northern Russia
Deadline for Sign up - April 1st
During our non-medical summer expedition, the Agape team will travel to The Republic of Khakassia located in south central Siberia. During Stalin's purges, hundreds of thousands were sent to Gulag camps located in Khakassia. Many of them were repressed Christians who endured extreme persecution for their faith. Because of this large influx through the Gulag system, the native Khakas now only represent 12% of the population and have been forced to give up their traditonal nomadic way of life.
On this expedition, we will hand out Agape Health Kits and humanitarian aid in schools and orphanages. We will visit the destitute and invalids who lack food and clothing. Some people we met on previous trips had no food at home and had not eaten for several days when they received our aid. In addition to ministering to physical needs, we will conduct children's outreaches in schools and orphanages. Our visit will also help some of the small local churches grow as we attract new believers and encourage our brothers and sisters in the faith.
We desire to share the Love of God by giving food, clothing, school supplies, and Agape Health Kits to the local people. This is a fantastic opportunity for the entire family to experience the joy of following Jesus to "The Ends of the Earth". We welcome children age 12 and older to come with a parent and be involved on this expedition.
Expedition cost from Moscow $2950

Medical Expedition to the isolated villages of Siberia
Deadline for Sign up - July 1st
The indigenous people of Siberia worship idols, mountains, rivers, wildlife and spirits of the forest. Rural people have sacred places (trees, groves) where they sacrifice cloth, money, food, etc., to spirits and gods.
People in isolated villages suffer from lack of food and usually limited or no medical care at all. During the summer, people gather pine nuts, berries, catch fish, hunt and raise gardens in an attempt to survive the winter.
Agape is going to their homeland to provide medical help, Agape Health Kits and to share "The Love of God" with them. We will travel by 6X6 trucks, boats, tractors and any other vehicle in order to reach the most remote villages and help those people in need.
Expedition cost from Moscow $3950
